Core Responsibilities: Manage the full lifecycle of federal contracts and subcontracts—from award through closeout—including modifications, extensions, and compliance updates. Support proposal activities by reviewing solicitations, preparing reps & certs, ensuring compliance, and coordinating submissions. Serve as a contracts advisor to internal teams, researching and interpreting FAR and agency-specific requirements to enable business success. Collaborate with program management, finance, business development, and security to support contract execution, reporting, and operational needs. Maintain and organize contract records, artifacts, and repositories; support administrative actions in our financial and other internal systems. Assist with government property management, inventory, and compliance tracking as required. Triage and respond to internal and external contract-related requests, escalating issues when appropriate. Support ad hoc operational and administrative actions as business needs arise. Develop tools and processes that continually improve the contracts function and its support to Expedition as we grow.
