SKILLS AND BACKGROUND:
· 3+years’ agency experience
· An in-depth knowledge of Google Ads & Microsoft Ads (Search, Display and Performance Max)
· An in-depth knowledge of Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads
· Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
· Experience working with medium to large account budgets
· Strong attention to detail and QA skills, with a hands-on management style
· Extensive experience leading the creative and content development process
· Excellent organisation and time management skills, with an ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines
· PPC / Paid Search / Agency / Biddable / Marketing

Two founders are looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to help them manage their clients and begin to grow a team of executives throughout the first part of 2025.
You’ll work alongside the two founders, helping them shape processes, and take the business to the next level.

As Paid Media Manager, you will manage strategies and performance, cover planning, optimisation, analysis of accounts, and work closely with the Directors to ensure the best campaigns are created and strong relationships are built with clients.
