Professional interaction with other departments. 3. Accurate cash handling skills and documentation. 4. Communicate effectively and courteously with guests and team members. 5. Adheres to customer service policies and standards. 10. Aids with execution for various applicable events, which may include seating, ticket taking, and merchandise selling. 11. Helps to execute casino promotions where required. 12. Responsible for inventory of Century assets at open and close of shift.  13. Redeem coupons, make change. 14. Data input for the customer tracking system, point analysis, create vouchers, sell special event tickets, greet customers, and track promotional gifts. 15. Remain up to date on Gaming laws. 16.
