Job Description: We have an exciting new opportunity for a Care Staff Manager (Care Team Leader/ Supervisor), also known as Living Support Manager to join our dynamic team at St Vincent’s Care Services Maroochydore. In this role you will report directly to the Facility Manager and will be a member the Senior Leadership Team comprising Facility Manager, Clinical Manager and Hospitality Services Manager’s. The role will showcase your unique ability to work collaboratively with other members of the senior team whilst leading and guiding the Living Support/ Care staff Team to support our residents by providing daily personal care enabling residents’ choices and preferences through daily lifestyle activities.
