About the role We're searching for a Business Coordinator to help keep our Brisbane studio running smoothly. As the first point of contact for staff, clients, and visitors, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and well-organised environment. The role extends beyond traditional administration and includes a strong hospitality and events component. Key Responsibilities: Greeting clients and other guests to the studio, preparing meeting areas for client meetings with catering/coffee, and assisting with event coordination. Administrative responsibilities with a focus on hosting, event coordination, and catering to support staff engagement and client experience. Maintain studio supplies by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials required for day-to-day operations. Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and general studio areas.
