CSSD Consumables – drive fast-paced sales cycles and expand recurring business. CSSD Capital Equipment – leverage our strong brand to deliver long-term solutions.     In your first 3 months, you’ll focus on building knowledge and developing relationships. By 6 months, you’ll be out in the field conducting deep needs assessments and positioning Getinge as the partner of choice. You’ll be supported by a strong team of specialists across Capital, Consumables, and Endoscopy, but this is an autonomous, account manager role where you’ll run your territory like your own business. Expect regular travel across regional NSW and occasional interstate trips.     About the role:  Implement and execute the Infection Control strategic sales plan across NSW South Manage and grow existing accounts while developing new business opportunities across capital equipment and consumables. Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision makers in hospitals and healthcare facilities. Achieve revenue growth targets across consumables for stability and recurring sales, while also driving capital growth in long-cycle, high-value projects. Conduct detailed market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and contribute insights to business strategy. Represent Getinge at regional and national industry events, meetings, and training sessions.
