Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac.   About the role In this Voluntary assisting dying Navigator pivotal role, you will  Provide a point of contact for the community, health practitioners and health services across Victoria who seek information about or assistance with voluntary assisted dying. Work closely with the person, their carers, family and friends, medical practitioners and healthcare teams to tailor support that meets the needs of the person. Provide practical support to people, carers and families in understanding the legislation and implications in a person’s specific context. They explore a person’s specific needs and goals of care and assist with identifying appropriate service referral pathways.
