Job Description About the Role: Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, you’ll take the lead on our learning content and oversee reporting within our Learning Management System (Attensi). You’ll also coordinate our learning and development programs and support the rollout of training initiatives across both our store network and support centre. Key Responsibilities: Coordination: Own the reporting and administration of all learning content on our new Learning Management System (LMS) ensuring key deliverables are met Maintain, review and update training materials including localisation of content as required. Manage all training enrolments, and completion records to ensure current reporting is maintained Coordination of training and onboarding including scheduling, learning activities, managing learning-related communications, coordinating required resources, and other activities as required. Collaboration: Collaborate with the L&D Manager in the planning and implementation of required projects and business initiatives. Work collaboratively with the L&D Manager and other key stakeholders in the business in managing and delivering multiple projects in a timely fashion.
