The venue is situated on NSW Mid North Coast in a CBD location. It has full TAB, gaming, accommoodation, drive through bottle shop & function space.The hotel is undergoing refurbishment and change, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, go-getting professional to join our ranks to help take this venue to the next level.The opportunity to live on site to care take the Hotel and accommodation is available but not a requirement.
The ideal applicant will:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the business and staff. The venue comprises 2 bars, 2 restaurants, drive through bottle shop, accommodation, and function area.
It is a requirement of the position to hold the Liquor Licensee, only those that can satisfy the legislative requirements of such should apply. You will be required to undertake the NSW Advanced Licensee training course and possess a current RSA & RCG.
Salary is negotiable commensurate with experience.
