Job Description Our national Building Engineering team are looking for a technically strong Principal Mechanical Engineer to join their team, based in Melbourne. You will be leading a wide variety of Building Services projects across key market sectors. How you’ll make a difference: Leverage extensive mechanical design experience to deliver high-quality, efficient, and commercially sound outcomes across health, defence, transport infrastructure, sports infrastructure and data centres and other complex building projects throughout ANZ. Provide technical leadership for mechanical design and project delivery on major client projects, including undertaking senior-level technical reviews and design assurance. Lead multiple technical projects simultaneously, ensuring consistent quality, technical rigor, and timely delivery across a variety of sectors. Collaborate effectively within multi-disciplinary engineering teams, applying technical expertise to drive quality through the review of design calculations, specifications, drawings, and documentation. Provide guidance, mentoring, and technical support to junior engineers in the preparation of high-quality mechanical design documentation and deliverables.
