Manage team members and coordinate their activities to ensure effective delivery of SHE programs. Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, environmental science, engineering, or related discipline (required). 7+ years of progressive experience in SHE roles, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity. Proven track record in managing compliance programs, audits, and risk management in complex operational environments. Demonstrated success in leading sustainability initiatives and wellbeing strategies. Experience in coaching senior leaders and influencing organizational safety culture.
