This role will play a key part in shaping financial decisions, delivering value-added analysis, and fostering a high-performance culture within the finance function. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting to ensure predictable outcomes. Manage the BPC forecasting cycle for local and regional reporting. Act as the finance representative in the monthly S&OP cycle. Develop and manage performance reporting to support business decisions. Provide financial reports and commentary to ensure transparency. Prepare cash flow forecasts (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual). Build financial models to analyze business activities and future opportunities. Partner with business units to drive change and provide insights across all areas. Commercial Finance Liaise with teams on weekly and monthly sales forecast submissions. Evaluate and challenge forecasts, promotional plans, and investment assumptions. Contribute to monthly management reporting with insights and analysis. Support Commercial and Marketing teams with pricing, ranging, and promotional analysis. Communicate commercial impacts of past and future activities to stakeholders. Develop initiatives to improve visibility and accountability of Sales team financials. Support strategic projects to drive improved ROI and business initiatives. Own and manage weekly/monthly performance reporting and category P&L commentary. Skills, Experience & Qualifications Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent; CA/CPA qualification preferred. Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial, commercial, and business partnering roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to simplify complex data. Advanced time management and prioritization skills. Proficient in financial systems and tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SAP). Experience working in cross-functional teams within a matrix environment.
