JOB DESCRIPTION:

Eco Drive Driving School is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and upkeep of our facility. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our school presents a spotless, safe, and welcoming atmosphere that reflects our brand’s commitment to excellence and responsibility.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience (2+ years) in a housekeeping supervisor role.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• Keen attention to detail and a pride in delivering exceptional results.
• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, including bending, lifting (up to 25 lbs), and standing for extended periods.

  Pay: AED2,200.00 per mont

• Team Leadership & Training: Lead, motivate, and manage a small team of housekeeping staff. Schedule shifts, assign duties, and conduct regular training on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
• Quality Control & Inspection: Perform daily inspections of all areas, including classrooms, offices, restrooms, lobbies, and driver training vehicles, to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are met.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and amenities. Place orders in a timely manner and within budget.
• Procedure Development: Develop, implement, and maintain efficient cleaning checklists and procedures tailored to the unique needs of a driving school environment.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all cleaning practices comply with health and safety regulations (e.g., proper chemical handling, wet floor signage). Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
• Customer Service: Interact professionally with staff and students, addressing any housekeeping-related concerns promptly and courteously.
• Hands-On Cleaning: Participate in cleaning duties as needed, especially during peak times or staff shortages.
