Oversee project budgets, cost structures, and operational profitability. Monitor and review KPIs and operational performance metrics. Lead project review meetings and provide regular reports to senior management. Ensure compliance with transport regulations, customs procedures, and safety standards. Support commercial teams in the preparation of tenders and logistics project solutions. Manage relationships with carriers, logistics providers, and operational partners. Allocate resources across projects and ensure efficient team workload management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project logistics operations. What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or similar. 8–10+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics operations, or project logistics. Proven experience managing complex logistics projects involving Air and Ocean transport. Previous experience in team leadership and operational management.
