In een notendop Als Wagenparkbeheerder bij Picnic ben jij samen met 4 collega’s verantwoordelijk voor de gehele Fleet in Nederland. Je schakelt dagelijks met monteurs, leveranciers en locatiemanagers, beantwoordt vragen van diverse Picnic-teams en houdt het papierwerk op orde. De rol van Wagenparkbeheerder biedt veel afwisseling en uitdaging. Jij coördineert onderhoud, lost problemen op en optimaliseert processen, zodat onze vloot altijd klaarstaat voor een vlekkeloze bezorging. De kunst van het vak Eerste aanspreekpunt: Beantwoorden van alle Fleet gerelateerde vragen Administratie & financiën: Beheren van de voertuig administraties, controleren van offertes en facturen Schakel tussen Hubs en servicepartners: Zorgen voor een soepele communicatie en samenwerking tussen Hubs en onderhoudspartners Onderhoudsbeheer: Contact houden over voertuig statussen en het bewaken van doorlooptijden van reparaties Procesverbetering: Bijdragen aan het verbeteren van de Fleet, denk hierbij aan het verbeteren van de Fleet availablity en het verlagen van operationele kosten Over jou… HBO werk- en denkniveau 2 - 5 jaar relevante werkervaring, bijvoorbeeld als Serviceadviseur en/of Lease Operator Je bent vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B Je hebt ervaring met het werken in Excel, Google Sheets en PowerPoint Je hebt ervaring met het beoordelen van reparatie offertes voor motorvoertuigen Je hebt kennis van automotive uurlonen, parts, dealer systemen en SLA’s Picnic Perks 🥗Verse lunch, koffie en snacks Op kantoor hebben we een koffiebar met eigen barista's, chefs die dagelijks een heerlijke, verse lunch bereiden en snacks en fruit zodat je energie op pijl blijft! 🚵🏼Korting op zorgverzekering & fietsenplan We werken samen met zorgverzekeraar CZ, waardoor Picnic-medewerkers een korting van 5% tot 15% krijgen op CZ-verzekeringspakketten.
