You will also provide specialist support to major lenders, banks and financial institutions on complex regulatory matters under the National Consumer Credit Protection (NCCP) Act and related regulatory frameworks.   We support our clients in securing their funding needs while delivering trusted services to the capital markets. The role combines deep technical understanding of financial services regulation and / or securitisation, with practical consulting capability to help clients navigate their obligations, strengthen controls, and respond to a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape. Deep knowledge of securitisation funding structures with ability to understand detailed cashflow modelling, asset and liability analysis, portfolio stratification, and scenario testing. An understanding of loan origination, credit assessment and servicing gained from experience working in or alongside the banking or non-bank lending industry. Experienced in project management, including working with various internal and external stakeholders, and running multiple projects simultaneously including managing the financial impacts of such projects. Interest in building relationships in market and able to confidently communicate with senior external stakeholder Experience in financial services regulation, ideally gained from an advisory, legal, or regulatory background.
