Analyse and resolve test results to address errors before deployment, while demonstrating a customer-focused approach and flexibility for occasional out-of-hours support. Clear and confident communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to a range of stakeholders. Effective planning and coordination skills, with experience working collaboratively across teams to deliver outcomes.
