About the role This position is responsible for providing high-quality administrative support across both the Communications & Customer Engagement and Marketing, Brand & Creative Services teams. Assist with financial management, including budgeting and quarterly/annual reviews using Council systems. Prepare and coordinate professional documents, such as briefing papers, reports, and presentations. Organise meetings and manage agendas, ensuring timely and accurate support materials. Deliver exceptional customer service, handling enquiries and maintaining strong internal and external relationships. About You The successful candidate should have 3+ years relevant administrative experience, with a proven track record of achieving objectives. They will showcase exceptional ability to communicate, build relationships and influence others with an engaging approach and technique. You will also bring: Tertiary qualification (min Cert IV) in Business, Management, Administration (or related discipline) or a significant amount of comparable industry experience in an administrative support capacity.
