Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support professional to join our Export & Bulk team. You’ll play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring a smooth experience for our export and bulk customers. From handling inquiries and processing orders to coordinating shipments and liaising with logistics providers, your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Provide support to sales representatives, process customer orders, and prepare quotes.
• Handle queries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
• Maintain strong communication with customers on order status, documentation, and shipping details
• Support the export and bulk sales team with day-to-day admin and coordination
• Liaise with production, warehousing, and logistics to ensure orders are fulfilled on schedule
