About the role: The Associate Lecturer assists Senior Lecturers and Lecturers in the preparation and, under supervision, the delivery and assessment of theoretical and practical aspects of subjects as allocated. Associate Lecturers must work with Senior Lecturers and Lecturers to ensure students are provided with the best opportunity to attain learning outcomes/competencies, satisfactorily complete their assessment tasks and progress with their studies. They must also participate in moderation activities and are required to be available to provide student support outside of timetabled class hours. Key Accountabilities: Include but are not limited to the following. Manage thriving in person and online classes, as well as monitor and ensure participation of students.
