HILL LABS HAS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR A PERMANENT, PART-TIME IT SUPPORT ENGINEER TO JOIN OUR SUPPORT DESK TEAM BASED IN OUR CHRISTCHURCH BRANCH.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person who has an eye for detail and a passion for technology. Someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be the first point of contact for IT, dealing with internal Hill Labs Staff so excellent customer service skills are essential. You will need to be able to think on your feet, be willing to learn and most importantly be able to work independently with the support of a remote team.
Hill Labs environment is a mix of in-house developed systems and products, as well as standard business applications, which makes for an interesting technology environment.
The support team is a critical part of our IT operations. You will contribute to servicing requests to meet SLAs. Your responsibilities will include working with stakeholders to resolve customer issues ensuring service meets the highest standard.

• Minimum of 1 years’ service desk experience
• Solid ticket management experience using service desk ticketing software (Jira, Zen Desk etc)
• Hands on experience in delivering technical support for hardware devices such as PCs, laptops, and printers including computer imaging and deployment.
• Understanding of Networking principles & equipment
• Experience in supporting Microsoft product offerings such as Office 365, Windows 10 & 11 etc
• Experience in troubleshooting non-standard softwar
