Development Manager - Full Time Flourish Affordable Housing Communities- Hamilton, Ontario Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 Position Description: As the Development Manager (DM II), you are responsible for managing the internal and external teams to align all project elements from inception of the project through site plan approval. This includes overseeing the full process related to the due diligence, business plan development, recommendation to purchase, concept design, zoning, and site plan phase of a project. The Development Manager II is expected to handle the day-to-day management of 3-4 projects in full Development Phase of the project and 1-2 projects in feasibility or due diligence phase. Our team can assist with the full range of development activities, including project ideation and site selection, planning and community engagement, funding strategies and program model design, and project management through design, construction, and occupancy. Flourish deploys the accumulated development experience of Indwell, a Canadian leader in developing new affordable and supportive housing.
