Expertise in building and deploying machine learning models and driving their adoption within business workflows. Proficiency in SQL and either Python or R; strong understanding of data warehouse architecture. Solid grounding in both descriptive and inferential statistics. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau. Practical experience in applying modern AI/ML techniques to solve complex business problems, particularly in e-commerce product discovery or personalization. Demonstrated ability to transition ML models from research/prototype to production-ready systems, including proficiency with cloud-based ML platforms. Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborators in a dynamic environment. BS/BA in Statistics, Applied Econometrics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. 8+ years of relevant professional experience, or 6+ years with a Master’s degree.
