YOUR MAIN ACTIVITIES ARE
Participate and support in the activities and topics lead by the HR Business Partners team including career and employee lifecycle matters, human resources administrative processes, audit requests, etc
Support in HR projects implementation and updating data in HR tools
Support the preparation of documentation, data, KPIs and metrics
Produce dashboards to track success and improvement areas of our initiatives
Redesign and clean-up of the HR Resource Centers (One Drive, Sharepoints. Shared Folders), both in terms of content and format
List all operational procedures of the department and review with the relevant stakeholders if necessary. Monitor HR policies and procedures revision
Look for articles and news on HR trends, competitor information, etc and share with team;
Support the HR Business Partners and HR Business Partners Data Management on ad-hoc topics
PROFILE AND SKILLS TO SUCCESS
Academic Background: Management or Human Resources
Proficiency in Excel
Fluent in English
Good communication skills - oral & written
Organization ability and time management
Ability to collaborate/teamwork
Attention to detail
Ability to manage a project
