Vous travaillerez exclusivement sur des canaux digitaux écrits. En tant qu'expert de la relation client par écrit, vous veillerez à délivrer un accompagnement de haute qualité, associant précision technique et sens de l'écoute. Canaux utilisés : Gestion intégrale des flux écrits (réponses aux courriels et animation du Live Chat). Cœur de métier : Analyse fine de dossiers complexes, contrôle de conformité des documents administratifs et gestion des bases de données en français. Modalités : Poste localisé à Porto. Le travail s'effectue sur site, avec des perspectives de bascule en mode hybride (télétravail partiel) selon le projet d'affectation. Rythme de Travail & Temps de Repos Afin de vous garantir une excellente visibilité sur votre emploi du temps et de respecter votre équilibre personnel, les plannings suivent un roulement prévisible : Du lundi au vendredi : Horaires administratifs fixes, de 09h00 à 18h00. Le samedi : Permanence assurée par des shifts rotatifs programmés entre 10h00 et 20h00. Repos hebdomadaire : Le dimanche est un jour de repos fixe et garanti. Si vous travaillez le samedi, une seconde journée de récupération obligatoire est fixée en semaine.
