Superviser l’intégration et le départ des prestataires de services IT. Maintenir des relations solides avec les fournisseurs, en évaluant régulièrement leur performance et en résolvant les problèmes. Prestation de services et performance : S’assurer que les fournisseurs respectent les niveaux de service convenus (SLA) et les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI). Suivre et rendre compte de la performance des fournisseurs, en escaladant les problèmes si nécessaire.
