Vous jouerez un rôle central dans la gestion de différents projets, en veillant à l'efficacité et à la qualité des interventions, tout en maintenant une communication proactive avec nos clients. PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS * Préparer les documents d’ouverture et de clôture de projet : rédiger les avis d’ouverture, attestations de conformité, garanties et documents de fin de projet pour assurer la conformité réglementaire. * Gérer les bons de commande : préparer les bons, intégrer les conditions d’achat, et suivre les livraisons auprès des manufacturiers. * Rédiger et administrer les contrats de sous-traitance : établir les contrats selon les besoins et veiller à leur conformité avant le démarrage des travaux. * Contribuer à la Santé, Sécurité et Prévention au travail (PSST/PSSS) : participer à la mise en œuvre des plans de prévention, assurer le suivi et la communication des exigences aux équipes et sous-traitants. * Assurer la conformité des sous-traitants : vérifier les lettres d’engagement et transmettre les plans de prévention et sécurité avant le début des chantiers. * Coordonner la gestion des dessins d’atelier et des QRT : demander, suivre et valider les dessins techniques ainsi que les questions/réponses pour garantir la précision des livrables. * Organiser et structurer les dossiers sur les plateformes : gérer les documents et plans sur ACC, SharePoint et autres outils collaboratifs pour un accès efficace. * Planifier et animer les réunions de projet : organiser les suivis, rédiger les comptes rendus et assurer la réalisation des actions décidées. * Effectuer des suivis réguliers sur les livrables : contrôler l’avancement des dessins, QRT, soumissions et autres éléments clés en collaboration avec le gérant de projet. COMPÉTENCES ET QUALIFICATIONS * Expérience pertinente : 2 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire (coordination de projet ou soutien administratif dans le domaine de la construction). Une expérience sur chantier et dans les opérations terrain constitue un atout important pour ce poste. Une expérience en électricité du bâtiment, notamment dans les secteurs commercial, industriel ou institutionnel, sera également considérée comme un atout majeur.Bilinguisme (français et anglais) : Essentiel, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit. * Fortes aptitudes techniques : Capacité à rédiger des documents officiels (lettres, contrats, dénonciations, attestations, avis, etc.). Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément et à établir les priorités. * Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office : Capacité à utiliser efficacement les outils de la suite Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project). * Qualités personnelles : Grande rigueur, sens de l’urgence, discrétion et capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers en parallèle dans un environnement dynamique.
