ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSES AND WORKS (RELATED TO FULL QUALICATION AND CPD COURSES)

  • To check, format, organise and track version records of course materials.
  • To assist in word count and submission of Small Value Purchase Form for translation.
  • To provide admin support for the auditing of Continuing Professional Developement (CPD) courses.
  • To communicate information or provide updates to stakeholders and attend to queries relating to processes and systems.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • To possess a Diploma with minimum of 1 year of working experience, preferably in the Education, Training Environment, media or sectors that have more work related with people.
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to manage processes and timeline.
  • IT Savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • To possess good-excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Customer Service Oriented.
  • To possess good communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to communicate in English (& Mandarin) both written & spoken.
  • A good team player with good attitude, initiative, problem solving skills.Resilient and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
