ABOUT THE GMA PROGRAMME
An exciting opportunity is now available at BOC Aviation in our two-year Graduate Management Associate (GMA) Programme. Having inaugurated the course in 2018 it has now run for seven years, and we are seeking candidates who are passionate about the aircraft leasing industry to join the Programme.
All successful candidates will be engaged in a series of development activities to enable them to better understand BOC Aviation and appreciate the aircraft leasing business. Candidates that demonstrate appropriate capability will be offered a permanent role based in Singapore.

Successful candidates, who are expected to commence the GMA Programme in August or September 2025, can look forward to six to 12-month placements in key departments during the two-year Programme. These departments may include one or more of the following: Aircraft Sales, Engines, Financial Planning & Analysis, Market Research and so on.
