REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Events Management or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Prior experience in conferences is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Willingness to work extended hours during event periods.

• Assist in the end-to-end project management of event.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, venues and partners to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain project timelines, budget and event documentation.
• Support logistical planning including sourcing, setup and on-site coordination.
• Perform day-to-day administrative functions and be the point-of-contact for both internal and external parties to ensure successful implementation and delivery of the project tasks.
• Track project deliverables and ensure milestones are met within deadlines.
• Attend site visits and supervise event setup, operations and teardown.
• Handle client servicing, manage expectations and provide regular project updates.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet project objectives.
• Prepare post-event reports, feedback summaries and billing documentation.
• Ensure IT security SOPs set in place are complied by internally and by external vendors hired to service the event.
• Maintain accurate records, contracts and supplier agreements.
• Look at creative ways to deliver a high quality and memorable experience for attendees.
• Perform such other roles and duties as directed from time to time by the Director and Project Lead.
