Its primary goal is to streamline and optimize processes, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver high-quality services to support NTU’s core mission of education and research.
Job Description
The Senior Executive, a key member of NTU Shared Services (NSS) Automation team, is responsible for driving automation initiatives. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders. Their primary responsibility is to understand business needs, design, document, develop, test and implement low-code solutions to automate business processes. They oversee the maintenance of implemented solutions, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
Additionally, the Senior Executive may be exposed to project management and peer mentoring opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and design low-code solution
• Design visual models, business process workflows, user interfaces and data models
• Document business process workflows, design specification, technical details, user guide
• Utilise low-code platforms (e.g. UiPath, Outsystems) to develop end-to-end automated applications
• Ensure data integrity, security and proper error handling
• Perform testing and quality assurance activities including creating and executing test cases, debugging and troubleshoot issues
• Provide support and guidance to stakeholders during development, deployment and maintenance phases
• Provide individual and peer mentoring as appropriate and develop capabilities within the team, function and organisation

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering
• Proficiency in UiPath, Outsystems, Power Query,
• Some experience in automation development roles or demonstrated a willingness to learn this field
• Good interpersonal, communication, and organization skills.
• Candidates with minimal experience and mid-career switch are welcome to apply
• Experience in programming
• Knowledge of data integration, APIs, data transformation
