We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and experienced Finance Associate with a strong background in US accounting and bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, excellent communication skills, and the ability to comprehend US English at a high level. You will be responsible for leading our accounting team in a newly pioneered method of accounting for accuracy, training, and mentoring team members.

• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and regulations

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in US accounting and bookkeeping
• Strong understanding of QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to comprehend English at a high level (written and spoken)
• Proven track record of managing teams and leading projects
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Ability to finish projects without delays
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
