THIS ISN’T YOUR TYPICAL JOB POSTING

We’re looking for an Accountant or Experienced Bookkeeper with a strong understanding of the full accounting cycle—not just Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable. We need someone who can confidently manage the entire bookkeeping process from start to finish.
Please note: we’ve consistently received applications from individuals with little to no actual bookkeeping experience. To be considered, you must understand the difference between a Balance Sheet and an Income Statement, and have a solid grasp of basic accounting principles/bookkeeping, including debits and credits.
While we are open to training the right candidate, you must know how to update and maintain accounting ledgers. If you don’t have hands-on experience with real bookkeeping tasks, this role—and its compensation—may not be the right fit.

COMPENSATION:

· $20–$24 per hour for candidates with ALL the required experience.
· $15–$18 per hour for those still gaining experience, with clear opportunities for growth in both role and pay. Gaining experience does not mean having no experience at all and simply being willing to learn. It implies that you already possess solid data entry and bookkeeping experience, along with some exposure to income tax filing.
We’re looking for someone committed to the long term—a team player who wants to grow, contribute meaningfully, and thrive with us. Ideally, you’re seeking a minimum two-year opportunity, with the potential to stay even longer if you meet performance expectations and job requirements.
