JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• 1 - 2 years of Purchasing, Storeroom and or Foodservice-Clerical experience or majoring in related field.
• Must have valid Driver’s License.
• Basic proficient in computer skills essential.
• Good co-worker relations and communication skills a plus.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. is necessary.
• Ability to work in temperature extremes ranging from –10 degrees to 80 degrees (proper thermal protection to be provided) is necessary.
• Potential need to be available for work nights & weekends

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate and maintain data entry.
• Coordinate and maintain data entry of physical inventories.
• Responsible for daily inventories; coordinating purchase orders; communicating with vendors; reconciling any product delivery issues; coordinating vendors & facilitating reconciliation of A/P & pricing issues.
• Coordinate with storeroom personnel regarding invoices and deliveries.
• Know and follow all safety requirements; strives to maintain a safe work environment.
• Participates in continuous improvement efforts.
• Assist Purchasing Manager with bi-weekly inventory.
• Ensure pack sizes and costs in Eatec and Sage are correct.
• Update Bid Files as needed.
• Inputting orders and inventories into Eatec and Sage.
• Assist with sending emails, copying, scanning, faxing and other clerical duties as assigned by manager.
