ROLE
This role is designed to meet the increasing demand for fast, professional sales support through digital channels. Unlike traditional sales positions that rely on phone calls, the Digital Sales Specialist will focus on converting inbound inquiries into sales through chat, text messages, direct messages (DMs), and other written forms of communication. Candidates in this role will use excellent customer service, advanced proprietary software, and proven educational tools to guide customers through the buying process and deliver a smooth, professional experience from inquiry to close.
In addition to managing written communications, this role will also play an active part in helping the company assess and recommend future digital lead platforms, keeping ADR at the forefront of modern sales practices. You’ll be expected to build strong relationships with customers and collaborate closely with your team in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment.
