Job description

For our client from Bad Homburg, a family-run group, we are looking for you as an accounts receivable clerk (m/f/d) for the dunning process – in direct placement.

Tasks

  • Independent processing of accounts receivable including account maintenance and payment transactions
  • Monitoring of outstanding invoices and active dunning procedures for our industrial and trade customers
  • Contact person for customers regarding accounting questions
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Collaboration with the finance team and support for internal projects
  • Supporting the 3-person accounts receivable team

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training, ideally with further training in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • (First) experience in accounts receivable, receivables management and dunning is an advantage.
  • Proficient use of MS Office and common accounting software
  • Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a high degree of initiative.
  • Teamwork skills and a solution-oriented approach to work
