THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Wholesale Technical Account Manager to act as the primary channel for managing projects and deliverables with mobile operators across the GCC region and beyond. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working in the mobile network industry, with an in-depth understanding of mobile connectivity, including roaming, local MNO profiles, etc. This individual will excel at multitasking, ensuring seamless communication between our internal teams and mobile operator partners, and will play a pivotal role in tracking and managing deliverables and issues, ensuring that agreed timelines are met, and providing concise solutions for complex problems.
