VOLUXIS a well-established VIP/ Corporate Jet AOC Operator who currently manage a mixed fleet of business jets offering a tailored service to our customers who may be travelling for business or leisure. We are looking for someone to join our team who is passionate not only about aviation but the continued growth of our business. Job Description The role includes: Worldwide trip planning and support for our fleet from trip confirmation to landing including handling and permit set up, flight planning, crewing and flight watch. Communicating with all operating stakeholders to ensure efficient flight scheduling and compliance with regulations. Supporting and assisting our crews with flight package and weather briefings. Control, analysis and storage of flight operations documents and data according to the company policy. Maintaining a library of current manuals, regulatory publications and other essential documents associated with operational control. Acting as the focal point in Ops for flight and schedule management. Qualifications We’re looking for: Ability to work shift patterns including days, nights and weekends on a 24/7 roster.
