The School of Creative and Service Industries at New College Durham is seeking a passionate and skilled Catering & Hospitality Technician to join our vibrant team. This is a permanent, part-time (0.5 FTE) position, offering a fantastic opportunity to support the delivery of our award-winning curriculum within Catering and Hospitality.

As a Catering & Hospitality Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our professional kitchens and service areas. Your responsibilities will include preparing equipment for lessons, maintaining kitchen facilities, and supporting our learners and teaching staff in practical sessions. You’ll be working across a range of levels, from Level 1 to Level 3 in Professional Cookery and Patisserie and Confectionary as well as our adult provision.
