Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing Planning, Performance and 1:1 Communications to help define the strategy and plan for 1:1 Marketing & Communications (including interventions and activities) to deliver commercial outcomes for RACV.
- Deliver clear and achievable recommendations for successful execution against 1:1 Marketing and Communications objectives, stakeholder needs and divisional & enterprise goals, not limited to: audience segmentation, opportunity sizing, defining messaging and comms strategies, creative development, delivery and measurement.
- Identify opportunities to leverage existing Marketing communications channels and develop, implement and manage audiences and processes to deliver the desired outcomes
- Develop and execute against the Enterprise planning and delivery framework, including quarterly planning and agile delivery
- Lead the design and deliver continuous improvement projects to uplift our Member Communications Experience
- Analyse and communicate the performance of our 1:1 activity using our Marketing Measurement Framework, providing best practice insights and recommendations to support an always on continuous improvement culture.
- Design and manage experimentation/optimisation roadmap for 1:1 Marketing and Communications activity across all respective channels
- Lead, mentor and coach a team who will support this role in delivering 1:1 Marketing and Member Communications
- Act as trusted advisor to key internal and external business partners, and participate in cross-divisional planning, to identify opportunities that will successfully deliver on programme imperatives
