QUALIFICATIONS:

Ontario Secondary School Graduation Diploma or equivalent is required
Dialysis Technician Assistant Certificate mandatory.
One year Dialysis Technician experience within past two years
Knowledge of dialysis therapy and equipment preferred.
Knowledge of sterile technique and infection control procedures.
Current computer skills.
Current CPR certification.
Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently.
Demonstrated interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to be flexible in availability for work to meet departmental needs.
Documented commitment to continuing education.
Must be physically able to perform the normal duties of the job.
Satisfactory Attendance if internal
Satisfactory performance appraisal in current position.
Must have and provide proof of full COVID-19 immunization (2 or more doses)
