Description:
POSITION INFORMATION:
- Ontario Secondary School Graduation Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with physicians, clients, visitors with high regard for public relations.
- Acute Inpatient Unit experience preferred.
- Proven written skills.
- Computer skills mandatory.
- Medical Terminology mandatory.
- Ability to do staffing with direction.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Satisfactory performance appraisal and attendance.
- Knowledge and ability to apply CQI concepts.
- Commitment to future changes in unit philosophies and on-going continuing education.
- Self-motivated.
- Commitment to Patient Care & Safety and Service Excellence
- Must have and provide proof of full COVID-19 immunization (2 or
more dose)
