Do you wish to be part of an exciting team to improve urgent and GP out of hours care in Wales?
If so,
We are seeking dynamic, highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our National 111 Clinical Support Hub as part of the 111 Service roll out in North Wales. The administrators will support our GP’s and Pharmacists in the clinical hub with call flow management across North Wales, liaising with remote working GP’s and local GP OOH bases across the region escalating issues as they arise. The administrators will coordinate with bases regarding appointment slots, complete shift reports as required and regularly identify the number of calls waiting on the Queues. They will also support the National Workforce lead on rota management for our clinicians.
This is an exciting time to join the team as we roll out the service across North Wales and the Clinical Support hub operating hours will be Monday to Friday 6.30pm to 11pm and weekends 8am to 6pm, with a set amount of hours to be worked during the daytime period one day a week. We are flexible regarding the number of hours and days individuals wish to work.
These roles offer an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative, dynamic and evolving team and our ideal candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to manage their time effectively to meet the needs of the service.
