JOB SUMMARY:

Broad Street Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Non-Medical Caregiver to join our team. The Non-Medical Caregiver will support and assist patients who require non-medical care services in their homes. This position requires an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong commitment to providing quality care to patients.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• · High school diploma or equivalent.
• · Previous experience as a caregiver or in a healthcare setting is preferred
• · Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• · Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• · Demonstrated understanding of patient care principles
• · Must be able to pass a background check

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• · Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
• · Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• · Promptly report any changes in the patient’s condition to the supervising nurse.
• · Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
