Programme dates: 1st September 2025 – 31st August 2026
You must be available to participate in the programme in person in Republic of Ireland, starting from day one and for its full duration, and you are required to work from the office 4 days a week.
You will join one of the following departments:
- Fund Accounting is at the core of our asset servicing solutions for our clients allowing State Street to give asset owners and managers access to the essential financial tools they need to deliver effective investment solutions. The Fund Accounting team take responsibility for the accuracy of the NAV (Net Asset Value) per share published to the marketplace and liaise with other supporting departments to ensure the standards are kept high. Tax team.
- Custody is centered around the receipt, delivery, settlement and safekeeping of securities and cash for our clients. Custody Services acts as the central point of contact for all custody-related client inquiries.
- Transfer Agency solution is a key element of our service that we offer to some of the world’s largest and sophisticated asset managers. The team get the opportunity to work on complex solutions in our core functions including Registration Services, Dealing Services, Settlement and Reconciliations, and Investor and Distributor Services. We deliver these services in an integrated, follow-the-clock model that sets us apart.
- Alternative Investment Solutions (AIS) team responsible for preparing accurate and timely reconciliations integral to the completion of the Net Asset Value (NAV) of a fund that is used for Investor dealing and external publication, plus various other client specific reports distributed on a regular basis. This involves adherence to strict deadlines while maintaining close attention to detail.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:
Enrolled in full time education at undergraduates in the penultimate year of degree in one of the following areas: Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related.
