Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities:• Collaborate with the global and local marketing teams to coordinate project management and administrative work for marketing projects• Support on product/sample delivery for post-in, post-out and distribution work• Coordinate, prepare and distribute communications, such as memos, emails, reports, partnership agreements, invoices and other correspondence• Support regional marketing team members with daily administrative tasks and ad hoc project support• Support regional marketing team members with meeting and travel arrangements• Operate cross-functionally across all departments to support DJI business and marketing needs• Organize and plan the production of marketing materials, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above• Proven admin or assistant experience• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work• Attention to detail and problem solving skills• Chinese to native standard plus fluency in German and English.
