REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and/or talent development, with proven success in recruiting and developing top talent.
- Strong understanding of recruitment practices, talent development strategies, and applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in HR and talent management systems, as well as social media and professional networking platforms.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions for talent acquisition and development challenges.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking, to effectively communicate in an international context.
Responsibilities:
ROLE
The Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent while also fostering their growth and development within the organization. This dual-focused role requires a dynamic individual who can efficiently manage the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, and design and implement effective talent development programs that align with the company’s strategic goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist will be responsible for:
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract high-quality candidates for various positions within the organization.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Utilize social media, job boards, and professional networks to source candidates, emphasizing creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and job specifications, ensuring alignment between candidate profiles and job requirements.
- Enhance the employer brand by promoting the company as an employer of choice through various channels, including social media, career fairs, and professional networks.
Talent Development:
- Assess the training needs of employees through surveys, interviews, and collaboration with managers, then design or source training programs to meet these needs.
- Implement talent development initiatives such as leadership training, skill-building workshops, and professional development courses.
- Support the performance management process by providing tools and resources to managers and employees for goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent development programs, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve outcomes.
- Facilitate career pathing and succession planning efforts within the organization, ensuring employees have clear pathways for growth and advancement.
