13 WK PAID PLACEMENT - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

ProfileTree is an award-winning web design and digital marketing agency based in Belfast, helping our clients to generate leads and sales through structured digital strategy, sleek web design and engaging digital content. We are excited to offer a 13 wk paid placement within our Business Development team.

Essential Requirements

• Passion for excellent customer service
• Passion for digital and/or marketing
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong time management skill

• Assist with proactively identifying, assessing, pursuing and nurturing new business opportunities
• Assist with managing the project process of leads from prospecting through to scope of work being signed
• Chase new business opportunities in a timely manner
• Help to drive the sales pipeline and ensure good collaboration throughout project lifecycle, in particular at project handover stages
• Assist with the response to brief, proposal, pitching and scope of work, following the agreed sales process and utilising ProfileTree document templates
• Identify opportunities for additional sales (upsell and/or cross-sell)
• Convert proposals to orders and contract signature
• Pass all required information and documentation to the Accounts department at agreed intervals, to facilitate invoicing
