Description:

Do you want to be a valued part of the critical infrastructure that serves communities across Europe and beyond? Are you looking for a position in which you can set direction and help shape our company? If so, then you could be the newest addition to our team as Business Analyst.

ABOUT YOU

As an experienced Business Analyst, you will be joining a young team of skilled Architects, Business Analysts, and Developers, where you’ll play a critical role in contributing to create solutions based on the latest Microsoft technology. With the Atlas Programme maturing, and more complex legal entities onboarding the platform, larger improvements are identified and prioritized, increasing the need for our Business Analyst to take on an even larger role within end-to-end process understanding and optimization/development.
In the role, your focus will also be to bridge DFDS line of business systems and D365F&O by understanding, mapping, and documenting business process flows between each of the systems that have to integrate with D365F&O. Moreover, you will have a key role in assisting in securing the future strategy for moving critical business functionality out of DFDS line of business systems and into D365F&O together with our Lead Architect.
We are looking for candidates with an experienced background and demonstrated skills working as a Digital Transformation Consultant or Business Analyst within big and complex projects involving many types of stakeholders across functional and technical areas. We do not expect you to know all about business processes or system setup/configuration of D365F&O, but it is a prerequisite that you have fundamental knowledge of D365F&O or Dynamics AX 2012 R3. It is also an advantage to have documented end-to-end experience from previous digital transformation projects.
Further, you need to be curious about learning new functionalities and developing your skills through whatever kind of learning channel available, which also includes training, research, and development on your own.
You need to be excellent in analysing and understanding business processes from the functional side. You are great at asking questions to ensure progress, securing milestones are met, and risks are mitigated timely. You are a good communicator, have highly developed collaboration skills, and are excellent at building strong relations. The ideal candidate is experienced in structured problem solving, daily planning of work, and can work both on their own with minimal guidance, but also together with others whether it is within or outside of the workstream.

To continue our work towards achieving our goals, we are looking for an ambitious Business Analyst that wants to help deliver on our ambitious digitalization.

You will be responsible for:

  • Analysing data, existing business processes and requirements for systems that need to integrate to D365F&O.
  • Alignment with Subject Matter Experts and relevant stakeholders to ensure that requirements are captured accordingly and accurately.
  • Gaining an understanding of financial processes and transactions associated with each of the systems and ensuring that the programme has the needed information to integrate D365F&O as efficiently as possible.
  • Designing and documenting integrations and solutions in accordance with best practice and architectural guidelines.
  • Securing proper handover to the ERP operational support unit.
  • Delivering end-to-end process understanding for best possible project execution within other prioritized improvements within the Programme.
