JOB SUMMARY

The purpose of these posts is to support the management of the Property Infrastructure commercial land and property portfolio, ensuring maximisation of the value and performance of the built property assets in achieving wider property programme objectives.
The post holders will play a lead role managing, advising and providing support on a range of property infrastructure related interventions for the management, disposal/acquisition and development of the land and property portfolio. This includes interventions undertaken directly and with other public and private sector partners, ensuring that the value and performance of the Welsh Government’s property assets and occupiers/users are protected and wider policy objectives achieved in a safe and legally compliant manner at all times.
The Property Delivery Surveyor roles will focus mainly on property infrastructure interventions involving disposals, acquisition and development of land and property (direct, with public/private partners or by grant funding third parties) and putting in place and managing joint working arrangements.

TECHNICAL SKILLS
