  • Good understanding of telecommunication networks ( RAN, Core, TX)
  • 6 months previous experience on a similar role in Front Office/Customer service area.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to react quickly, with very good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Perseverance, interest in documenting and problem solving, practical spirit, ambition, self-confidence.
  • Analytical technical thinking.
  • Availability to work in 24/7 shifts with 80% of the time in the office.
