1st Line Intervention Technician

The First Line Intervention Technician supports the Facility Manager and the Building Manager in the organization and coordination of services on the Dow site with regard to the management and maintenance of buildings. The emphasis of the job will be on the operational coordination and management of contracted contractors and suppliers who perform maintenance and resolve malfunctions. Agreed SLAs and KPIs/CPIs are leading here.

• Use Tririga as instrument to operate and document all facility management tasks.
• Independently solving small simple faults in electrical and IT installations in buildings.
• The operational management, coordination and monitoring of contracted suppliers in the daily execution of assignments. The emphasis will mainly be on the practical supervision of the work on location.
• Maintaining, adjusting, correcting and updating the FMIS system TRIRIGA vwb reports.
• First point of contact for suppliers during the practical implementation of work on location.
• Taking care of and supervising the (occupational health and safety) aspects of safety, health and well-being and following safety training courses.
• After internal training: Handing over work permits on location and carrying out the SWA (start work analysis);
• Actively participate in safety observations and inspections.

• Report to the Facility Manager on progress and details of supplier work.Any other jobs deemed necessary by the Facility Manager.

• Working Conditions: Normal working conditions with the absence of disagreeable elements.
